1. Our Commitment to Quality Every fine art print is custom-produced and personally inspected by the artist before being packaged and shipped. We are committed to providing you with a high-quality product that meets professional gallery standards.
2. Damaged or Defective Items In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing admin@timelesscrations.co.za.
Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage to both the packaging and the artwork.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a courier to collect the damaged item at our expense and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. “Change of Mind” Returns As our art prints are custom-made to your specific order (size and material), we do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” or personal aesthetic preferences. We encourage you to review the dimensions and details carefully before completing your purchase.
4. Shipping & Handling
Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For approved returns not related to damage, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Original commissioned artworks.
Prints that have been framed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Gift cards.
